1 General Terms & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 88kbd online gaming platform and all its services. By registering an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

KYC Verification

• Driving License

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Deposit Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Maximum withdrawal per day is ৳1,00,000 (one lakh BDT).

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

88kbd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, detailed on the respective offer page. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are only withdrawable after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus codes must be entered before making a deposit — they cannot be applied afterwards.
• 88kbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim them through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit at 88kbd. The wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount. If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, it will be forfeited.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Any of the above violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all winnings. Legal action may be taken where necessary.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game log and server data will serve as the definitive record. Disputes must be submitted to 88kbd support within 7 days.

8 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss or damage resulting from a fault with your device or software.
• Transaction delays caused by service disruptions from third-party payment providers.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account login credentials.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

88kbd reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, forgery, or money laundering.
• Opening an account with false information or submitting fraudulent documents during KYC.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• If the player submits a request to close their own account.

Before closing an account, 88kbd will send an email notice (except in urgent cases). Any valid balance will be returned after verification.
